Deliveries
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses and our delivery fee is £6.99. We offer free delivery when you spend £50 or more.

Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to deliver your goods within 4 to 5 business days from date of receipt of order. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and exclude bank Holidays and/or other national holidays.

Refunds & Returns
If you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges provided the goods are in a fully resalable condition and returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

Daily items, Frozen & Vegetables and frozen food items not refundable 

In case a product is faulty, damaged, or there is any other discrepancy with your order, please report it to us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Please note you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of any damaged goods.

Please contact us on +44 1494 327491 to discuss nature of returns and we will advise you accordingly. Refunds will only be made via the credit/debit card used for the original transaction and will be credited within 3-5 working days of us receiving the goods.
